East 46th Street, NYC | The Executive House Condominium | Lobby
Originally built in 1955 to give busy professionals an urban home base, this boutique building’s stately Lobby needed a furnishings makeover & a little polish for restoration. The new photograph of a rainy NYC by a local artist, Chris Johnson, nods to the building’s proud history of featuring art for their residents to enjoy (a Jackson Pollock once hung here!). Vintage chairs, an Italian handblown glass chandelier, and custom tailored furnishings complete the traditional menswear-inspired look for their executive clientele. With resident packages now arriving daily, the custom Reception Desk creates storage and is even upholstered in a chic, pinstriped wool suiting fabric.
