Turtle Bay, NYC | The Executive House | Pied-à-Terre

This worldly couple sought to spruce up their 2-bedroom pied-à-terre and make it just as inviting as their Connecticut home. We painted, installed new carpeting, custom curtains, & handmade wallpapers, reupholstered some existing furniture and simplified the floorplans & art displays to refresh it all. In the main bedroom, we disguised an awkward ceiling soffit with cloud-like swags of linen and added a minimalist tree branch wallpaper. We also customized their tall, vintage Korean chest into a wide dresser while concealing the TV in a hand-papered cabinet above. With organization of closets, updates to the bathrooms, and their stunning views of the Chrysler Building, this makeover is complete.
